Founding of INDIO FOUNDATION
INDIO FOUNDATION was founded in India, Odisha with a vision to improve the lives of marginalized communities. Our founders, led by PRASANT KUMAR NAYAK, brought together a team of passionate individuals who shared a commitment to social justice and community empowerment. In our early years, we focused on providing education and healthcare services to rural communities in Odisha.
Expansion to New Areas
In 2026, we expanded our programs to new areas in Odisha, including India. We launched new initiatives in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment, which resulted in a significant increase in our outreach and impact. Our team grew to 20 staff members, and we established partnerships with local organizations and government agencies.
Introduction of New Programs
In 2026, we introduced new programs in the areas of environmental sustainability and advocacy. Our environmental program focused on promoting renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions in Odisha. Our advocacy program aimed to promote policy changes that would benefit marginalized communities.
Scaling Up of Programs
In 2026, we scaled up our programs to reach more beneficiaries in Odisha. We expanded our education program to 10 new districts and our healthcare program to 5 new districts. Our team grew to 50 staff members, and we established new partnerships with private sector companies and government agencies.

We provided emergency relief, including food and healthcare services, to thousands of families. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that our programs continued to operate safely and effectively during the pandemic.
